These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yasutsu (“yasutsu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, dashboard, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• ·You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by local law) to use the Services.
• ·When creating an account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• ·You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
• ·Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

When using the Services you agree NOT to:

• ·Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations.
• ·Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• ·Use automated scripts, bots, or fake accounts to manipulate metrics.

• ·You grant yasutsu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
• ·You represent that you have the necessary rights to share any content you upload.
• ·We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

• ·Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• ·You may not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your account to any third party.
• ·You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• ·Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

• ·Premium features require a one-time payment displayed at the time of purchase.
• ·Payments are processed by third-party providers; additional terms may apply.
• ·All displayed prices are shown before applicable taxes and processing fees.
• ·We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; price changes do not affect charges that have already been processed.
• ·Fees are non-refundable except where required by consumer protection law.

Payments made to yasutsu are generally non-refundable.

In cases where a billing error is attributable to our systems, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

To request a review of a charge, please contact support@yasu.lol with details of your concern.

If you initiate a chargeback on a valid charge, we may suspend or restrict your account pending resolution of the dispute.

Our processing of personal data is governed by the yasutsu Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We act as a data controller and process personal data based on lawful grounds such as contract performance, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.

By using the Services you acknowledge that we may transfer personal data to third-party service providers subject to appropriate safeguards, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• ·You breach these Terms or applicable law.
• ·Your conduct risks harm to other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.
• ·We are required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard settings. Upon termination, certain licence grants, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive.

• ·The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• ·To the maximum extent permitted by law, yasutsu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• ·Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory statutory rights.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When we make material updates, we will notify you via email and revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
